Dr. Moeser is best known for her compassionate care and “down to earth” approach to veterinary medicine. Dr. Moeser has a Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition from The University of Georgia and received her veterinary degree from North Carolina State University – College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.
