The Pet Pantry is fantastic. My pup is 15 1/2 and we’ve ordered from them the majority of the time we’ve lived in the triangle. Super helpful, willing to address any issues - when you email or contact them a person who cares gets in touch almost immediately. Thor is the person I’ve communicated with most often. My pup has a sensitive stomach and has had issues on and off. I’ve had the best luck with Pet Pantry and they have offered samples and ways to make sure Matilda gets the right formula. I absolutely LOVE The Pet Pantry dog food and delivery service! I’ve fed several my dogs their food for years. My cocker spaniel was about 7 years old when I started using Pet Pantry food and I truly believe that their quality of food that they provide is the reason he lived a longer and healthier life! Our next dog has had Pet Pantry food since the day we brought her home and she is a happy, healthy, and fit seven year old German Shepard/Lab mix that I know will be with us for a long time because Pet Pantry knows what they are doing. I cannot say enough good things about Pet Pantry. First of all, before I became a loyal customer, the samples they send are generous. We've been using them for almost 5 years now. I love that when I call, a real person answers the phone. They are very quick to respond to emails as well. Everyone is helpful and friendly and knows the answer to your questions.
