Are products in the shop available for same-day delivery?
Yes. Many of our most popular products, including Holistic Choice foods, are available for free same-day delivery in the NC Triangle when you order by 9:00 a.m. Monday–Saturday.
Are there extra fees for delivery or tipping drivers?
Nope—never! At The Pet Pantry, delivery is always free within our service zone, and we don’t believe in hidden fees. Our drivers are part of our team, not third-party contractors, so tipping is not expected. The best “tip” you can give is a smile (or a happy tail wag from your pet)!
Are there any discounts if I set up a subscription?
We don’t believe in pressuring our customers into a subscription by offering “subscription discounts.” Your everyday price is already our best price.
However, we do offer a bulk per-pound discount on all Holistic Choice foods:
- The more you order at once, the lower your cost per pound.
- For example, 60 lbs in one order costs less per pound than 20 lbs in one order.
Subscriptions themselves aren’t discounted — but ordering in larger quantities always saves you money.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries so I never run out of pet food?
Yes! Our optional subscription service ensures you never run out. You choose the frequency, and we deliver automatically—always with the option to pause or adjust at any time.
Can The Pet Pantry help me choose the right food for my pet?
Absolutely. Whether your pet has allergies, weight issues, or is a picky eater, our team provides personalized recommendations to make sure every meal supports your pet’s health.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Not at all! You can order as needed or set up an optional subscription for automatic deliveries—whatever works best for you. Unlike the big-box companies, we keep pricing the same whether you subscribe or not.
Does The Pet Pantry deliver outside of North Carolina?
Yes. While local deliveries are free, we also offer flat-rate shipping to parts of North Carolina and use affordable shipping options to deliver nationwide. Delivery fees vary depending on location and carrier rates
Does The Pet Pantry offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide free home delivery in the greater Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area (Triangle) and Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Lexington, Asheboro area (Triad), with flat-rate shipping in parts of North Carolina and affordable nationwide delivery by UPS.
