I’ve been using The Pet Pantry for many years and continue to be impressed with their customer service, the quality of the food and the variety of offerings. I found them when I had a dog with significant allergies, and the Pet Pantry brand was less expensive and easier to get than driving to the vet’s office every month. Love The Pet Pantry! It's really the best way to get your pets food. They have many great recipes to choose from and it gets delivered right to your door. They offer samples too, if you're not sure which recipe to try. I often put my order in first thing in the morning and my food is delivered same day. 5 stars! If only every business had service this good. Orders arrive at my door the next day. Thor and the staff are very friendly when I call. The quality of products I’ve ordered are excellent. I put my dog on the low fat for a while to get a few pounds off of her. When I switched to the regular food she actually preferred the taste of the low fat. I’m thinking of trying the cat food for my cat since my dog is not eat anything else. Highly recommend!

The Pet Pantry is fantastic. Our dogs love the Holistic Lamb and Rice and the very sweet milk bones that are left with each delivery. Delivery is easy and painless. The Pet Pantry has been very easy to deal with when we have needed to move or reschedule orders. We have used them for a year now. They have only made one delivery in error and we were quickly delivered the correct food and not charged for the open bag of kibble. They made it right with no fuss! I can’t recommend Pet Pantry highly enough. And our dogs love it so that is high praise as well.

Giving back is part of who we are. We established our H.E.A.L. program shortly after we began serving our customers in 2005.
