Are products in the shop available for same-day delivery?
Yes. Many of our most popular products, including Holistic Choice foods, are available for free same-day delivery in the NC Triangle when you order by 9:00 a.m. Monday–Saturday.
Are there extra fees for delivery or tipping drivers?
Nope—never! At The Pet Pantry, delivery is always free within our service zone, and we don’t believe in hidden fees. Our drivers are part of our team, not third-party contractors, so tipping is not expected. The best “tip” you can give is a smile (or a happy tail wag from your pet)!
Can I get free samples of cat food before committing?
Yes! We’re happy to deliver free cat food samples straight to your door, so you can see what your cat loves before committing to a bigger bag.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries so I never run out of pet food?
Yes! Our optional subscription service ensures you never run out. You choose the frequency, and we deliver automatically—always with the option to pause or adjust at any time.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Not at all! You can order as needed or set up an optional subscription for automatic deliveries—whatever works best for you. Unlike the big-box companies, we keep pricing the same whether you subscribe or not.
Do you deliver to apartments or gated communities?
Yes, we deliver to houses, apartments, and gated communities. Just provide delivery instructions (such as gate codes or preferred drop-off spots) at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Yes. While local deliveries are free, we also offer flat-rate shipping to parts of North Carolina and use affordable shipping options to deliver nationwide. Delivery fees vary depending on location and carrier rates

You can request free samples by filling out the form on our Free Samples page. Just provide your pet’s details, and we’ll deliver a customized sample pack right to your door.
How do I place an order with The Pet Pantry?
You can shop directly on our website, add products to your cart, and check out online. If you prefer, you can order over the phone or by email. Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. Monday–Saturday in the NC Triangle qualify for same-day free delivery
Can I order products for multiple pets in one delivery?
Absolutely. You can shop across categories—dogs, cats, and other animals—and check out with a single order.
Can I set up a recurring delivery for my cat’s food?
Yes. Our flexible subscription service lets you schedule regular deliveries of your cat’s favorite food. You’ll never run out, and subscriptions can be paused, changed, or canceled anytime.

All deliveries in our Free Delivery Zone are made with our own fleet of trucks and employees, not third party contractors. For longer shipping routes outside NC, we use secure packaging designed to preserve product quality.
If I don’t live in your Free Delivery Zone can I have my orders delivered to me at work or to a family/friends home?
Absolutely! If you’re outside our Free Delivery Zone, you can still enjoy the convenience of The Pet Pantry by having your order delivered to a workplace, family member, or friend’s home within our delivery area. Many pet parents use this option to make sure their pets never miss a meal. We’ll work with you to find the delivery spot that’s most convenient!
What time do I need to place my order to qualify for same-day delivery?
Place your order by 9:00 a.m. for free same-day local delivery in our Triangle service area. Orders after 9:00 a.m. are typically delivered the next delivery day.
