Each of our recipes is formulated by small-animal nutritionists and veterinarians to support different life stages, breed sizes, and health needs. If you’re unsure which recipe is right, just reach out to us. Our team loves helping pet parents find the paw-fect match for their furry family members

You can shop directly on our website, add products to your cart, and check out online. If you prefer, you can order over the phone or by email. Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. Monday–Saturday in the NC Triangle qualify for same-day free delivery

How does The Pet Pantry give back to local rescues and the community?
Giving back is part of who we are. We established our H.E.A.L. program shortly after we began serving our customers in 2005. We've proudly supported dozens of local rescue groups through donations, fundraising, and food contributions. In addition, as special needs arise, such as Hurricane Helene, we do all we can with direct contributions to those that need it most.

Nope! Joining our H.E.A.L. (Helping Every Animal Live) program doesn’t cost you a thing. In fact, it’s our way of giving back—we donate a portion of every purchase to local rescues and shelters on your behalf. All you have to do is shop as usual, and together we help more pets in need find health, happiness, and forever homes.
If I don’t live in your Free Delivery Zone can I have my orders delivered to me at work or to a family/friends home?
Absolutely! If you’re outside our Free Delivery Zone, you can still enjoy the convenience of The Pet Pantry by having your order delivered to a workplace, family member, or friend’s home within our delivery area. Many pet parents use this option to make sure their pets never miss a meal. We’ll work with you to find the delivery spot that’s most convenient!
