Our own special blend of Glucosamine (500 mg) and Chondroitin (100 mg) is an easily absorbed natural substance that stimulates the production of proteoglycans.  These molecules play a major role in the maintenance and resiliency of healthy connective tissues and the restoration of damaged cartilage cells.  Glucosamine Complex also helps to promote production of synovial fluid – a necessity for the proper lubrication and comfort of joints.

MSM  (300 mg. per 1 oz. scoop)
A natural source of bioavailable sulfur, essential to support growth and maintenance of healthy tendons, cartilage and other connective tissues. MSM helps to maintain healthy fluid pressure of soft tissues.

Ingredients

DESICCATED LIVER:
The Ultimate in palatability. This fresh, natural flavor stimulates appetites and mixed with water makes a Great Liver Gravy.

NORWEGIAN KELP:
Enhances pigmentation and brings out highlights in coat color. Good source of iodine and trace minerals. Especially good for older dogs because it helps arthritic conditions.

MICROPULVERIZED BEE POLLEN:
A blood builder. Improves fertility in breeding males and females. Combats allergies. Strengthens immune system.

IMPORTED YEAST CULTURE:
Repels fleas. Promotes hair growth. Helps keep your dog from blowing coat.

Glucosamine complex helps promote the synovial fluid that lubricates the joints.

MSM (300 mg. per scoop)

Ester- C (300 mg. per scoop)
Boosts the absorption of the glucosamine complex and MSM and promotes collagen formation.

Feeding Guidelines

The recommended daily amounts are listed on the various labels as follows for the 1 lb., 30 ounce, and 5 pound sizes:

  • Dog Size

  • Quantity Required

  • Under 5 lbs

  • 1/4 scoop

  • 5-10 lbs

  • 1/3 scoop

  • 10-20 lbs

  • 1/2 scoop

  • 20-40 lbs

  • 1 scoop

  • 40-70 lbs

  • 1 - 1 1/2 scoops

  • over 70 lbs

  • 2 scoops

  • *Each scoop is equal to 3 level tablespoons

The above daily quantities should be fed for 2 to 3 months, or until desired results have been achieved . After 2 to 3 months, daily dosage can be cut to one half as part of your regular vitamin/mineral/enzyme/amino and fatty acid feeding program. NUPRO can be (and it is recommended to be) divided between meals. Whatever the daily dosage is, divide and add some to each meal.
